The emloyees are just fantastic. They will go above and beyond to help you out. I got my 62 year old mother back into cycling and they invested a HUGE amount of their time into rebuilding her confidence on the bike before the purchase. You can't go wrong here.
Super attentive to new customers visiting the store (Mahopac). Surprised me today by throwing in some free swag when I purchased a Cervelo r5. Would buy from them again even though I live one hour away in CT.
