Very good customer service here. Very quick, had the vehicle ready earlier than our reservation time and it was exactly what we wanted. Jerme helped us and was very helpful, I recommend this location to anyone who is in need of a rental car.
I've rented several vehicles from the Mahopac, NY Enterprise location the past several years. Each time the staff has been very courteous and helpful. If a type of vehicle that I intended on renting isn't available I've always been upgraded to a better class vehicle at no extra cost.

If I could give this establishment 10 stars I would . Since day one I was blown away from the outstanding customer service I received from kyle and Jeff . They were very professional and courteous. These two men went above and beyond to ensure I received the best possible experience . I wish all companies were run by such compassionate individuals. Enterprise is lucky to have these gentleman be the face of their company. If you are looking for a car rental facility that will treat you with the utmost respect do yourself a favor and use enterprise of Mahopac NY you won't be disappointed.
